The lessons were nice and short, making it easy to understand, and the quizzes and assignments were a great way to show my understanding! Choosing a career after University is tough, you go in for your course with something that resembles an idea of a job for when you leave and as graduation gets closer you realize a half-formed idea won’t get you very far. I was in my final year when I finally found something that I wanted to do with my life, bar being rich and famous. That was to become a TEFL Teacher.

Finding the GetTEFL website on the opportunities section of the University board was the first step to me deciding what I wanted to do. I’ve worked many different kinds of jobs from being a monster in a Halloween event at a theme park to answering the phones for multiple companies in a call centre. I knew these jobs were only stepping stones. Taking this course was the next step towards having a career.

I have thoroughly enjoyed taking this course and have found Sarah to be a great help when I needed it. The course was informative, it made me more excited at the opportunities and experiences the job provided. Having taken this course I feel like I'm ready to travel the world and teach". Esme

When I was back in Canada and searching for a position teaching English in Korea, Sarah guided me through the process, setting up interviews and coaching me on what potential employers are looking for. One of the interviews she set up helped me land a fantastic job in Korea that has helped me grow personally and professionally. I enjoy going to work every day.
